When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, telephone number and the session details you choose to share (service, approximate group size, preferred date, location, style and any message).
Children's information
Enquiries should be made by a parent or responsible adult. We do not ask for children's full names, dates of birth or other identifying details through the website. Any information genuinely needed for an agreed booking is discussed directly.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver an agreed photography session, and keep necessary business records. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Photographs
Photographs taken during a session are handled according to the agreement made with you. Recognisable photographs of children are never published without appropriate parental or guardian permission. Any promotional use requires your separate, explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored securely and are not sold or shared for marketing. We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business record-keeping.
