About these terms
These terms apply to the website and to enquiries made with PHOTOS WITH LOVE LTD, owned by Amy Bethany Chenery, 17 Stephenson Way, Newton Aycliffe, England, DL5 7AA, United Kingdom.
Services
We provide portrait photography services directly to individuals, couples and families, including family portraits, children's portraits, adult and individual portraits, and couples photography.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry, using the photoshoot planner or choosing a preferred date does not create a booking or confirm availability. A session is only confirmed once details are agreed directly with Amy.
Session details and pricing
Session length, location, the number and format of photographs, delivery arrangements and fees are agreed individually before each session.
Locations
Sessions take place at locations agreed in advance. The business address is not a public studio.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, photographs on this website are illustrative examples and do not show previous clients or sessions. Style previews are inspiration only, not guaranteed results.
Copyright and image use
Copyright in photographs remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed. Your permitted use of delivered photographs, and any promotional use by us, will be set out in your session agreement.
